Je to vlastně její první role v televizi, ale když dostala roli Cleo nebyla moc dobrou plavkyní a tak musela tvrdě trénovat aby si svou roli udržela
Phoebe dotočila druhou sérii H2O a už v této době se natáčí série třetí. Doufejme, že její sláva ještě poroste. Phoebe měří 166 cm a váží 60 kg. Je nejmladší herečka H2o.V roku 1989 v Sydney prišla n svet ďalšia morská panna,PHOEBE TONKIN.Už v 4 rokoch ju začal baviť tanec- hip hop,dobový tanec, ale aj klasický balet.
